Sudah lama ikon ini dilupai warga tempatan. Apa lagi 'Tugu Negara' yang dulu "landmark" popular negara. Saya dan Asmawi mengambil peluang ke destinasi. melihat sendiri yang dahulunya agak kerap dilawati. Lama juga, sudah berbelas tahun tak melawat tugu negara. Nampaknya yang datang ke sini ramai orang luar (pelancong). Ada kedai dan gerai menjual pelbagai cenderahati tapi yang sayangnya..saya tak jumpapun t-shirt yang menampilkan figura 'Tugu Negara'. Yang banyak ditemui gambar KLCC. Apa ni sana KLCC,si ni KLCC. Peniaga di sana saya rasa perlu mengambil kira soal ini.
